TS - Fabric Types:
TS-PE-FR: TurboaSOX, 100% polyester fabrics with inherent fire-retardant properties.
TS-PE-FR-AM: TurboaSOX, 100% polyester fabrics with inherent fire-retardant properties with an anti-microbial coating on the same.
TS-PE-FR-AS TurboaSOX, 100% polyester fabrics with inherent fire-retardant properties along with anti-static coating required for specific application.
TS – Fabric Duct Shapes:
TurboaSOX Fabric air ducts come in different shapes to meet the design requirements, site conditions.
TS-Round:
Our recommended shape is the circular fabric air duct -It is the most efficient due to reduced static losses and is the most cost effective.
TS- Semi Circle:
In cases where there is a height constraint, semi-circular ducts can be provided with custom track suspension arrangements.
TS- Segment:
TS fabric ducts come in segments as well to meet architectural design requirements.
TS- 360 D:
In areas where a large zone is to be cooled and the end user is looking for a cost-effective option
TS-Ceiling Diffuser:
TurboaSOX’s grill substitute. Provides a clean and hygienic option for your diffuser requirements.
Special Fittings:
Various special fittings could be provided to meet the design and site requirements. Our fittings varies from regular elbows of various degree bends, T Joints, Y joints, reducers etc.

SOXProp – Shape retention Systems:
TurboaSOX Fabric air ducting systems normally takes shape while there is an airflow through the ducting system. For times when there is no airflow, but shape needs to be maintained for aesthetic or other reasons, there is – SOXProp.
SOXProp –Basic
Semi-circular, light-weight aluminium rings are placed in outer fabric loops at wide intervals. This is done when there are no height restrictions. The reinforcement in outer fabric loops not only are aesthetically appealing but also holds the advantage of not being in contact with the air flowing throw the duct, nor do they form any crevices for dust collection, thus keeping the cleanliness property of a TS fabric duct intact.
SOXProp – Shape
With the Shape option, the semi-circular aluminium rings in fabric outer loops are at closer intervals to retain the shape of the duct even when there is no airflow. As with Basic, the reinforcement in outer fabric loops are not only aesthetically appealing but also holds the advantage of not being in contact with the air flowing throw the duct, nor do they form any crevices for dust collection, thus keeping the cleanliness property of a TS fabric duct intact.
SOXProp – Contour
State of the art full Aluminium inner ring retention arrangement for supply and return air ducts.
This is mainly recommended and used for return air ducting application when the airflow is at a negative pressure. It is also great for commercial establishments where aesthetics is a top priority.
